Loft in Geneva

400 m2, combining two levels of former industrial premises, has been completely reorganised in terms of usage of space. The newly-transformed area combines refined expertise with tailor-made design to develop a unique language that expresses a leitmotif of contamination.
It is a former “Pic-Pic” factory that has been reconverted to provide a contemporary interpretation which celebrates the juxtaposition between the original aura of the location and a new sense of delicate intimacy. Exotic wooden screens placed on rails, a metal staircase and glassed interstitials are used to subtly divide up the day area, all of which enjoys natural light that filters in and appeals to the senses. Embossed linen curtains, carefully selected fabrics and bamboo and noble wood blinds meanwhile provide an air of cosy serenity on the night level.
